Though not a Dark B-Da himself, he is in league with them and his main purpose is to spy on the protagonists and aid the Dark B-Da in their various schemes to conquer Earth. In some ways he is one of the more savvy villains who conspire against the heroes, particularly when they are about to shoot themselves in the foot though he is often powerless to stop it. Slick, greasy and weaselly, he has a habit of muttering behind his superiors' backs, but will quickly deny doing so when overheard; this usually prompts him to start sucking up to his boss and say something else. His task often involves hilariously taking a lot of abuse for the sake of the villains' plans, and when they are thwarted it usually ends with them being blasted far off into the sky.
