Stretcho was an Indian "rubber man" who worked as a sideshow freak at an American carnival. He was capable of stretching and contorting his body in superhuman ways. When he fought Plastic Man, he discovered that he could not stretch quite as far. Stretcho was a crook and was eventually brought to justice.
