VI Legio Hispana (Sixth Hispanic Legion) was a Roman legion of which little is known. The few references available seem to indicate that it was created after 210 AD, possibly by Septimius Severus or his successor Caracalla. The legion was apparently annihilated by Scythian forces in the Battle of Abrittus fought in Moesia Inferior around July 251 AD.
