Warden Murron is the administrator of Friar's Keep, and a consummate bureaucrat. A representative of the City Watch, he is a native Marcurian. Years spent poring over ledgers in the dusty environs of the prison have left him constantly clearing his throat. While the Azadi soldier posted as guard and observer in the prison considers Murron an "asset to this facility and to the Empire", Kian believes him to be "a true example of why women should be the ones in positions of power."
