The castle was commissioned for the use of the 10th Legion. It was built between the sea and Dragon's Rathe upon a hill of solid granite and is considered a pinnacle of defense, only surpassed by the Palace of Night, from the Empire of Stars. It is also located directly above the Seck prison.
