Oswald Verone is a character who appears in Perils of Akmanabad. He is one of the thugs who travel with Kano to the Black Dragon Hideout. Once they get there he mocks his boss by calling him an one eyed bandit and is nearly killed by Jarek for the insult until Jarek is held back by his teacher Kano. He was born in Bolivia.
