Tilaine of Mindelan (pronounced TIHL-aen of MIHN-dul-lahn), born Tilaine of Teresian, was the wife of Inness of Mindelan. They had three children. She was mentioned briefly in First Test by Keladry of Mindelan in a letter to her family. She was also mentioned by Tamora Pierce on the internet.
