Richard Brian Davis is a professor of philosophy who co-wrote 24 and Philosophy: The World According to Jack, along with Jennifer Hart Weed and Ronald Weed. Davis received his master's degree at the University of Toronto in 1993, and earned a PhD five years later. He has since published more than two dozen articles in leading academic books and journals. Davis currently teaches at Tyndale College University in Toronto, specializing in metaphysics and epistemology.
