Agostin, a member of Ascalon's Chosen, was the father of Vanyi, who when leading her through the Shiverpeaks to escape the Guild Wars, was ambushed by a demon which possessed Vanyi and killed Agostin. Vanyi was forced to lead heroes to the demon for it to kill.
