Sandyhill Court is an 11 storey tower block on the Bridgnorth Road on the former Riverdale council estate in Higher Blackley, Manchester. It is 36 metres tall. It is the only block on the estate not to have been taken over by the Legendary Property Company (LPC), who bought the other blocks in 2004 from the council. It is one of five remaining tower blocks out of seven on the estate. Sandyhill Court is still a council block, run by Northwards Housing - An ALMO who manage most of North Manchester's council homes.
