After forming the needed hand signals, the user creates a large sphere of water in front of them. They repeatedly shrink the sphere and add more water to it to make the water pressure inside harder than steel, turning it a dark blue color. The user then blasts the sphere of water towards their target. If the sphere makes impact, the attack causes impact damage so high it can shatter the bones of most shinobi. If this fails to incapacitate them, the user can manipulate the sphere once it deperses to create a water orb around the target that can drown or crush anything inside by shrinking to miniscule levels.
