Arthur Coleman Winters (January 20th, 2422 - ) is a member of the Lourenne Democratic Party. He was born in Anéire, Haboves, Haboves to Samuel and Marie Winters. He has an JD in Law from Delaune University and has post-graduated diplomas, mainly one in Communications from Ceran University He is known for being passionate and constantly campaigning for equal rights and the environment. One of the biggest liberals in the Democrats, he has immense popularity.
