Alvin Ray Sylphis (アルヴィン·レイ·シルフィス Aruvin Rei Shirufisu?) is Ranah and Altina's younger brother and the chief of the forest elves in Shining Hearts. He can communicate freely with the spirits, and can sometimes be cold to people other than this race.
