Dobrovolsky was an exile that was the leader of The Book Club, which were comprised of exile programs that were formerly academic programs and who considered themselves as street philosophers and thinkers, that were still a group of thugs. As part of a mission from Hypatia, the player was tasked with going to Dobrovolsky to request him to give back a booked loaned from Hypatia. He refused, and after eliminating his Exile friends, he relented and gave the back to the playing character. He swore revenge to the player as well. They were located in Chelsea.
