Bakkhara is a Khajiit member of the Mages Guild. She is found at the entrance of the Elden Hollow, where she is seeking aid in putting an end to Canonreeve Oraneth's foul plans. Later, she can be found in the Elden Root Mages Guildhall, tending to Kargand.
