Heroes of Neverwinter was a Facebook application developed by Liquid Entertainment. Open beta testing began in September 2011, and the game closed in December 2012. Gameplay was loosely based on the 4th edition Dungeons & Dragons rules. The story took place within the Forgotten Realms setting, specifically, around Neverwinter, the eponymous frontier city on the Sword Coast of Faerûn.
