It can't be unlocked any other way even if you find it among traffic. This car is a big car. It has a soft motor like the Miami police car. It looks quite old. It is a four door sedan. By using the All Vehicles cheat this car can be chosen from the vehicles menu. Once you are driving this vehicle many other Bentley Mulsannes will appear.
