Hieronymus Thistlewaite was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy. He had red hair, fair skin, and blue eyes. Holding the rank of Ensign, he served as a boat bay officer aboard HMS Imperator at the time when Queen Elizabeth III came aboard for her first meeting with President Pritchart. (HH12)
