This enemy isn't terribly difficult. They can appear in swarms of 30, but they have a weak attack, regardless. This enemy has the shortest range of all bats in the game, and they are basically an airbone version of the Tan Box Spider. Physical attacks should be enough to defeat one of them, but when confronting a swarm of them, an Area of Effect weapon may be necessary. The Magician's Big Icicle 4 should also waste the entire swarm without too much trouble.
