Kitsu Hiromasu was a historian of the Lion Clan in the Clan War era, devoted to the study of tactics, heraldry and history. His son, Kitsu Hiromasu, took the name of his father at his gempukku, and shared his father's fascination with battle, serving within the armies directly.
