Foxglove was one of Winifred's helpers, alongside Bud and Lou, before she made friends with the Rescue Rangers who gave her the nickname Foxy. Foxglove is far from being shy. Having spent almost all her life without any friends, she can't afford it. For this reason, she became friends with the Rangers before they even knew it, and she didn't attempt the slightest bit to hide her strong feelings for Dale whose life she saved at the beginning of her only episode. Her crush on him is so intense—she didn't even recognize at first that Dale is way too much payload for her, and that she shouldn't be able to carry him.
