Henry Talbot MacDonald (1894-1951.) Born in Berkshire, by the time of the 1911 census he was working in a hotel near Hyde Park. Heserved in 18th London Regiment during World War One. By 1919 he was a YMCA worker and lived in Wandsworth, moving to Bethnal Green by 1926. A member of Bethnal Green Borough Council, he also served as a Labour Party member of the London County Council representing Bethnal Green North East 1925-28. He later lived in Camberwell, Norwood and Paddington, where he died aged 57.
