When he is created, Devingee is disgusted on how ugly he looks and attempted to kill him, but he quickly escaped. After the escape, he made friends with Stupid Sreegee on his travels. He also annoyed multiple residents of the Republic of Iridea, giving a huge bounty on his head. He refuses to join the Confederation of Allied Weegees, because he thinks they're dumb. It it unknown what his powers are, but it appears that he can intoxinate people with his breath. He can also shoot lasers out of his eyes for strange reasons. And he can dodge multiple attacks.
