Ambassador She'lah was the Gaim Ambassador to Babylon 5 in 2260. She'lah refused to commit Gaim forces to the war effort against the Shadows until the Vorlons scored a major victory. In January 2262 She'lah's replacement arrived on Babylon 5 shortly before President Sheridan's inauguration.
