The Universal Peace Enforcement Organization is a counter-measure organization aimed at maintaining peace and order, under the direct control of the new international organization, Neo United Nations (NUN). UPEO maintains the military force called the Special Armed Response Force in order to suppress various disputes currently breaking out in various areas.
