Mitsu is a female halfling Shadow Thief who worked under the Shadowmaster Aran Linvail in the Shadow Thief Guildhall in Athkatla. She will warn you that it would be wise not to annoy Aran. She also doesn't like it when people make fun of her size, due to her being a halfling.
