In 3,681 BBY, he hired the Thyrsian Sun Guard to fight for the Empire during the Galactic Civil War, leading the unit personally alongside Tribune Merillion Vir. When the tribune joined the Imperial Army and became a general, the Sith was the one who recommended him for the position of Grand General.
