Kosimo Westermal was a male Human Moff and member of the Moff Council who was on Nickel One when Darth Caedus approached the Moff Council about an alliance with the Galactic Alliance. After the attack by the Mandalorians during the Second Battle of Roche, Westermal showed some concern for Caedus after Caedus planned to deal with the sniper who had shot him in the shoulder.
