Jaq Rand was the son of Atton Rand and Brianna Kae. He trained as a Jedi Padawan under the guidance of Mical before being captured by the True Sith, who altered his memories in an attempt to use him as a pawn. However, Jaq was rescued by his mother and his master, though his mind was so badly damaged that the Jedi Council decided to wipe his memories.
