Movor is a member of the Commandos, the team that combines into Ruination. With Ro-Tor, he is one half of the Decepticons' aerial strike force, though his aim leaves something to be desired. He's a somewhat sarcastic character who likes observing things from high above the ground and making pop culture references. Curiously, he prefers baths in lukewarm water.
