The Azure Palissade was once home to a family of water and weather witches. However, their line died out during World War II. Since then, the house has stood mostly empty. The few times people have tried to move in they've ended up leaving because of one of three things: 1. * They think the house is haunted. 2. * They think that the town is crazy. 3. * Something from outside pulls them away. (This is usually engineered by the people in the town).
