Louisa Shephard née Williams (14 September 1898 – 19 January 2010) was, at the age of 111 years 127 days, a supercentenarian who became the last living person in Wales who was born in the 19th century and the Victorian Era. She became the second-oldest Welsh-born woman and the third-oldest person. She was also the third-oldest woman to die in Wales, and the fourth-oldest person. Therefore she was also the youngest Welsh supercentenarian and the only to die at age 111. At the time of her death, Shephard, of Blaenavon, was the third oldest person in the United Kingdom, and the oldest person in Wales following the death on 9 May 2007 of Victoria May Owen, who was 109 years and 335 days.
