The Circle is a first-tier version of the Circle of the Crone. It usually takes the form of an isolated cult without a connection to the large network, and there is considerable variation from one Circle to the next as to beliefs and practices. The unifying theme is that they identify vampires with divinity (if not actually dubbing themselves gods) and ritualize many aspects of their nightly existence.
