Ultra SANESSS is SANESSS's final form. He is a being comparable to the original Ultra Sans. Except Ultra SANESSS's ear rape is immensely louder than before. Don't challenge Ultra SANESSS to a battle unless you are deaf, or you have a ear death wish.
