The Luscent was a Sal Maroian MC-80 Mon Calamari Cruiser that was present as part of the defense force in the Battle of Sal Maro. When the Galactic Alliance deployed two Torpedo Spheres, the Sal Maroian commander. Colonel Seth Gul ordered them to charge and ram the enemy ships. The Epsilon did not make it to the enemy Spheres, but the heavily damaged Luscent did and was destroyed. The damage the Luscent did on the Sphere was extensive and saved Sal Maro from heavy bombardment.
