It all depends on who is writing the characters and the fight. It is also dependent on which book it appears in. If T'challa fought Victor in a Black Panther book, I'm sure the Black Panther would destroy Sabes, but if they fought in Sabretooth's book, I'm sure he'd somehow figure out a way to win. Any fight is completely subjective. In theory any character could possibly beat any other character.
