Skoil Petroleum is a fuel company active in the Middle-East, including the Arab state of Khemed. It is the company which is trying to overthrow Emir Mohammed ben Kalish Ezab, in tandem with the operations of Bab El Ehr and Dr. J.W. Müller. It's rival competing company is Arabex. Skoil helps to destroy the oil pipelines of Arabex in Land of Black Gold and is also involved in the kidnapping of the Emir's son, Abdullah.
