Wing collar, cut in one with bodice fronts, is faced and interfaced. Unmounted short sleeves. Inverted pleat in bodice back stitched part way at top and bottom. Flared skirt fronts joined with tuck seam. Pleat at back of slim skirt. Left side zipper placket. Separate tie belt or buckled belt.
