Shnoo was a small town on Ferenginar, once infamously robbed by a thief in a suit of electric eels named Flus. Not long after this incident, the residents of Shnoo (called Shnooites) severely beat a visiting Bolian wearing a suit of form-fitting energy fields. (DS9 reference: Legends of the Ferengi)
