Akihiko Matsui is an enemy in Final Fantasy IV. He is one of the enemies encountered in the Developer's Room. On Akihiko Matsui's first turn, he will boast cast Libra on a party member, make fun of his/her stats, then cast Libra on himself. After seeing his poor stats, he begs for mercy and retreats.
