Tatsujin Chiyu'i is an individual who was not only one of the founding Megami, but also one of the first Kitsune, being one of hte few beings who has 100 precent blood and power of both inside of her. She was also one of the founders of the Shinigami Order, the organization that preceeded the Gotei 13, 50 years before the start of the First Shinigami-Hollow War, and much later went on to form the Gotei 13, becoming the First Captain of the Fourth Division. She's knwon as the greatest healer that the Soul Society has ever known, and has even trained both Tenjiro Kirinji and Yachiru Unohana in the arts of healing.
