Jaxon Brand was a Human male Rebel Alliance commander and tactician. He was dedicated to the restoration of the Galactic Republic and was also committed to the safety and training of his squad. He thinks success comes when everyone returns. He had originally joined the Imperial Army, but became disillusioned with the corruption, and was recruited into the Rebel Alliance during officer training. In 0 ABY, he was assigned to Tivar II on a recruitment mission, but had to join a rescue operation when Rebel pilots were shot down.
