Lieutenant Streak was a clone trooper in the Clone Wars. Assigned to the Jedi Temple on Coruscant, Streak met Jacen Fearbeamer in the Temple's lounge, and the two struck up a fast friendship. When Jacen formed the Jetiise Vode, Streak was one of the first members.
