Prison Transfer and Processing was the complex, located along the eastern wall of the Minimum Security Section of the planet Belsavis, where prisoners would arrive and be processed into Belsavis prison. During the riot in 3641 BBY during the Galactic War, the central power plant failed, trapping Zale Barrows and his girlfriend Kayla Perlis in the complex's hangar; Barrows left to restore power, but Perlis was caught and killed by the Houk Skadge.
