Tal Rasha's Adjudication is a set amulet in Diablo II: Lord of Destruction. It is one of the five pieces of the Tal Rasha's Wrappings item set. Tal Rasha's Adjucation is an impressive amulet, even by itself. In spite of its high level requirement, it has a quality level of 26, meaning it is possible that it can drop in Normal difficulty. While it is possible, however, it is quite rare for this amulet to drop at all--even in Hell difficulty. The monster with the highest chance to drop this is Hell Andariel.
