Cop Hazard is an evil leader of the Evil Cops Elite and a major antagonist. He resembles Chip Hazard in evil cop uniform instead of commando elite uniform. His motto is "We are the evil cops elite! Everyone and everything else is a dumb moron!". His preferred vehicle is a flying police car, his most hated thing are all military vehicles and he is a rival of Duke.
