Artemis Entreri will show up as a hostile creature in Bodhi's Lair at chapter 6 if you have asked Drizzt for assistance and have his component enabled in Unfinished Business mod. He carries a unique dagger called Life-Stealer which is a cut content of the main BG2 campaign but can be obtained in The Black Pits II tier 4 store.
