Okay, first, Ichigo's power is not "three dimensional". I have no idea where that comes from or even what the frigg it' supposed to mean. But to answer your question, they couldn't. They only stole Ichigo's Fullbring, which, like theirs, is Hollow - based. They never demonstrated having stolen Ichigo's Shinigami and/or Quincy powers.
