Sleeping Beauty's Father is the fairytale king from the story Rumplestiltskin by the Brothers Grimm, who is looking for a woman who can spin gold out of hay. In The Land of Stories series, his story is connected to that of Beauty and the Beast and Sleeping Beauty, all through the Enchantress Ezmia, who cursed three generations of the same royal family. (see Lady of the East). He does not appear in the books, but is mentioned in The Enchantress Returns by the Lady of the East. He is the Lady of the East's son.
