Tommy' is a supporting character who appeared in the 3rd episode of DiC's Care Bears TV series, "Braces". He is a bully who makes fun of a boy named Joey after he gets braces, and gets a kick out of making him feel bad. However, circumstances eventually lead to the two of them becoming friends.
